I created this Prescott Area Real Estate Blog in order to provide real estate information specific to the Prescott area.  Oftentimes home buyers and sellers have difficulty locating pertinent local real estate information that can help them in buying or selling a home in the Prescott area.  Having relocated to the Prescott area several years ago, I recognize the challenges of buying and selling a home, especially if one is relocating from another state.  It is my desire that this blog as well as my website (www.MyPrescottHome.com), will help make a potential move easier.  And, ultimately, I hope to provide my real estate services many of you personally.

In the future I plan to provide additional information and insights about Prescott and this unique town I call “home”.  I love the character and charm of this community, and I hope to pass along the special places I enjoy visiting.
